In October 2023, Florida-based builder Movable Roots Tiny Homes launched one of the most luxurious tiny houses ever called the Black Prong tiny house. The park model was not only spacious but featured two covered and screened porches, making it a coveted design. The builder has now launched the Black Prong in a single-level cabin form for people looking for a dwelling with a contemporary design and a rustic essence. It is equipped with basic amenities and provides great hospitality while adapting to the needs of the dweller. This foundation model with its generous living space is ideal for a full-time residence, short-term rentals, or a personal vacation retreat.
Measuring 36 feet long and 11 feet wide, the Black Prong cabin is currently under construction and we expect it to soon become available for purchase. The renders of the deluxe cabin show a pleasant exterior with large windows to fill it with natural light. Offering 399 square feet, the interior is spacious and offers comfort in a meticulously built space that packs a living area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom.
The cabin opens up to a large living space with an L-shaped sleeper sofa for hosting additional guests. Large picture windows bring in the outside view and natural light. The living room also has an entertainment unit.
The kitchen is next to the living space. It meets the demand of cooking fanatics and has a custom coffee bar on the other side for coffee lovers. The kitchen features a countertop, a sink, cabinets, drawers, and shelves for storage. For appliances, it includes a cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The cabin features a similar layout as its namesake tiny house; the only aspects the two are different are the dual porch and loft. The Black Prong cabin offers functionality, and comfort in its practical, modern, and aesthetic design.
