Since its revival in 2013, Bowlus has been steadily preparing itself to rival Airstream. Building on its heritage, the company has unveiled an upgraded version of its Endless Highways luxury travel trailer, inspired by the very first Bowlus model handcrafted on a California ranch. The new Frontier Edition celebrates the ranching spirit and vast landscapes of the American West through unique design details. Its standout feature is the two-tone wood interior, paired with real wood furniture, creating a warm, homely feel.
The exterior features an iconic aircraft-inspired polished aluminum shell and frame, assembled with thousands of rivets. Bowlus has also added an exclusive screen door with an integrated front shade, handcrafted with over 100 hours of labor.
The upgrade majorly focuses on the interior, allowing you to create a living space that matches your personal style. You can choose from two decor packages. The “Dusk” option pairs dark upholstery with deep wood-style flooring, while the “Dawn” option pairs soft sand upholstery and warm wood-style flooring with brushed metal accents. In both styles, lighter birch paneling on ceilings and doors adds contrast and reflects Bowlus’ signature interior design.
The Frontier Edition, limited to 25 exquisite travel trailers, is upgraded with a 3-inch lift, all-terrain tires, a spare tire mount, and an interior lashing system through the Adventure Package, while the Maneuvering Package includes a Bowlus-branded bumper and backup camera for better handling. The Luxe Package adds features like wood interior, exterior mirror polish and ceramic coating, two-stage water filtration, HEPA air filter, continuous hot water, heated floors, and two large skylights with integrated blinds for a highly comfortable living experience. Lastly, the Off-Grid Power Package II offers 400W AeroSolar and a huge 19 kWh battery to make it a self-sufficient travel trailer.

The 27-foot four-sleeper Frontier Edition travel trailer retains the interior layout with a tapered rear bedroom on one end. In other parts, you have a central sofa/dining lounge, two convertible single beds, and a dry bathroom with a shower and toilet. Other highlights include a dual-burner induction cooktop, full interior heating and AC, an 88-liter compressor fridge, an outdoor shower, a 189-liter fresh water tank, and a rear galley.
The Bowlus Endless Highways Frontier Edition travel trailer starts at $256,000, which is quite higher than the earlier model due to being highly equipped for a luxurious stay. To make the trailer even better, Bowlus offers additional upgrade options like Smart Television and Integrated Starlink as well as the Epicurean Package that comes with a 3-in-1 Convection Oven, Convection Microwave, Air Fryer, Drawer Fridge, Spice Rack, and additional galley storage.
