Tennessee-based Handcrafted Movement, the firm behind the Country and Coastal tiny house, recently completed a new model dubbed City tiny house on wheels. Measuring 31 feet long, the towable dwelling is built on a triple-axle trailer. This brand-new design has a fresh urban vibe, courtesy of grey/blue exterior paint with Taupe accents.
It’s the company’s largest model yet and includes certification by PWA as a Park Model RV. The Black framed windows alongside a 12-lite glass door allow light and air to penetrate inside the home. On entering, visitors are presented with a spacious living room with a home entertainment center and some space for a couch. The couch faces a built-in 43-inch Samsung Smart TV hutch that will keep you entertained, while an electric fireplace will keep you warm in the winters of Tennessee.
Adjacent, there’s a flexible space that can be used as a bedroom or a home office. It is accoutered with a double bed, an array of built-in storage cubbies, cabinets, and a large closet. A sliding barn door separates the space from the rest of the area and offers privacy to the user. The main-floor bedroom sleeps two people comfortably. Other than the ground bedroom, the tiny house also features a loft bedroom.
On the opposite end of the kitchen is the bathroom of the tiny house. The micro dwelling has a shower with a tall ceiling, energy energy-efficient flush bath toilet, a ceramic bath vanity with a sink, brass accents, and a marble top. The bathroom can further be upgraded with a washer/dryer combo. Placed atop the bathroom is a loft that sleeps a couple as well. It is accessed via a staircase.

Partitioning the two ends is the kitchen in between. This has a Soapstone kitchen countertop with metal and brass accents, a full-size fridge/freezer, a four-burner LP gas range, exterior vented hood fan. Adding charm and durability to the house is wide plank oak hardwood flooring, standing seam metal roof, and a mixture of brass and matte black hardware throughout. The City tiny house gets power from a standard RV-style hookup and is priced at $119,000 on the manufacturer’s website.
