The Théros Orbita table lamp by Aristotelis Barakos resembles a person wearing a hand-woven straw hat to protect themselves from the harsh Mediterranean sun. Athens-based Studio Aristotelis Barakos collaborated with ceramicist Giannis Zois to design every table lamp into a sculptural décor piece. Every table lamp showcases traditional Greek artisanal craftsmanship, blending modern elegance with local heritage.

Inspired by sun-soaked Greek summers, the Théros Orbita table lamps feature a glowing opalina glass globe resting atop a crafted, slender ceramic body. The inclusion of a hand-woven straw hat symbolizes the simplicity of country leisure and provides whimsical charm to the table lamp. You can tilt the hat in any direction you want to create a dynamic lighting effect. If you are an anime fan, you’ll instantly think of the famous anime, One Piece, after seeing the straw hat.

The eye-catching table light collection is available in small and large sizes. Each table light has a dark brown stoneware base with hand-engraved rings and a round opalina glass sphere exuding a warm illumination. The engraved ring texture on the stand gives the lamp a handcrafted look and feel, and adds durability.

The smaller version of the table lamp measures 15.7 inches long with a 5.5-inch diameter. The larger version has a height of 19.7 inches and a 6.3-inch-wide diameter. Both versions feature 12.2-inch-wide, stylish straw hats that cap the lamp and balance their height. These proportions make it easy to place the designer table lamps in a smaller space without worrying about overcrowding and clutter.

When it comes to the specifications, the table lamp requires small, radium capsule bulbs. These emit 470 lumens of brightness, equivalent to 40-60-watt incandescent bulbs. The table lamp softly glows with a slightly yellowish, 2700-Kelvin warm color temperature, similar to typical home lighting. The diffused glow through the milky opalina glass sphere prevents harsh glare and creates a soothing, inviting atmosphere.

The Théros Orbita table lamp features a person gazing into the horizon. The rich material texture and a stylish straw hat transform the table lamp into a striking statement piece. The tactile rhythm created through artistic engraving on glazed stoneware allows light to softly move across it. You’ll feel the Mediterranean warmth and nostalgic ambience after decorating your living space with Théros Orbita Small and Théros Orbita Large table lamps.
