Texan manufacturer Decathlon Tiny Homes has unveiled a new dwelling dubbed the Cristal tiny house on wheels. The mobile home is mounted on a double-axle trailer and boasts clean, modern lines, a black and white palette inside and out, durable siding, and quality roofing that ensure longevity and visual appeal.
Measuring 24 feet long and 8.5 feet wide, the tiny house features a layout similar to that of La Casita and Parzival, both inspired by the company’s Athena model. The Cristal tiny house delivers approximately 192 square feet of main-floor living space and a 40-square-foot loft, making it highly functional for couples or solo dwellers.
The design features light-filled white shiplap walls, reflective surfaces, elegant lighting, including a striking chandelier, and clean modern finishes that create a crisp, luminous feel throughout the space. Visitors access the interior of the Cristal tiny house via the main black outswing entry door (with a large window panel) located on the side of the tiny home. The name Cristal likely draws inspiration from the word crystal, evoking the home’s bright and sparkling interior.
The entrance door opens directly into the main living and kitchen area, providing immediate access to the open-plan space. As is the case with most Decathlon Tiny Homes builds, the living room is left unfurnished for the dweller to decide how to outfit it.
The kitchen stands out with dark countertops, a striking copper or gold farmhouse sink, induction cooktop, microwave, and spacious refrigerator. Other notable features include white cabinetry with contemporary hardware that maximizes storage, while stylish lighting and fixtures add an upscale touch.
The Cristal tiny house features a private ground-floor bedroom with a custom bed platform with storage drawers. Not to mention, a barn-door wardrobe that allows dwellers to stock more essentials in the space.
Opposite the bedroom is the house’s bathroom. The bathroom includes a shower, standard flush toilet, and vanity sink for everyday convenience. Above the bathroom lies the second bedroom of the house. The loft bedroom sleeps two and is accessible via a removable ladder. Combined, the private and loft bedroom sleep four people with ease.

The Cristal tiny house comes with add-on options including stone countertops, cedar accents, tankless water heaters, and enhanced rooflines. Like other tiny homes in Texas and the USA, the Cristal tiny house garners power via standard RV-style hookup.
There is no word on the price of the tiny house, but given the current market trends, it should easily cost well above $100K. If you are not looking for add-on options and want a simple dwelling, pricing starts at $79,500 for the Athena model.
