At 400 square feet, the Dallas tiny house is one premium small dwelling. Manufactured by Texas-based Pratt Homes, a builder with more than 25 years of experience in crafting homes, the micro home is an ideal living option for a couple or a small family. It features two porches to extend the living space, which has become a much-coveted feature among tiny house owners.

Built on a foundation, the Dallas tiny house features a white color exterior and front and back porches. Both the doors have a green frame while the windows have a natural wooden frame, giving it a cottage charm.

The main door opens into an inviting living area featuring a comfortable sofa. The big windows welcome the sunlight inside while the split AC unit helps control the inside temperature. There is also a fireplace with a stone mantel which can be a nice little spot for holiday decoration. You can add a wall-mounted television above the fireplace.

The L-shaped kitchen of the Dallas tiny house is feature-packed and allows for preparing lavish meals. The stone countertop is just the ideal place for cooking. It features a sink in the middle, drawers, and cabinets under the countertop and overhead cabinets. A big window facing the kitchen keeps it well-ventilated. A kitchen island with a stone countertop doubles as a prep area or dining table. For kitchen appliances, the house includes a three-burner induction cooktop, a microwave with a range hood, and a refrigerator.

Down the hall from the kitchen, the bathroom features a vanity sink, toilet, and covered shower. It has plenty of space to install laundry setup and store bathroom essentials.

The Dallas tiny house has a single bedroom at the other end to sleep two people. It has a closet to store clothes and accessories. A door opens to the second porch of the house that allows residents to engage with the outside world. The pricing of this particular tiny house is unknown. You can contact the builder for more information on price and delivery.
