Talk about coffee tables and we have seen plenty of them so far. Some have been designed by professionals while others are works of imaginative DIY’ers. This one is yet another example of creative furniture design which more than catches the eye. Paul, the creator of EverWood Studio, who is known for exclusive steampunk furniture design using industrial material, has come-up with a coffee table design which is unique. Dubbed as Cyberpunk Coffee table, since it is made from laptop parts, the table is ideal for any geeky home setup.

This 63×35 cm wide and 43 cm tall table is made from oak wood and salvaged parts of his first laptop, a Toshiba Satellite 300CDS. Firstly, he made the supporting frame of the table and then fitted all the laptop parts inside it. To add to the flair, he installed LED lights, so that the table looks funky during the evening and night time. To power the LED lights, he has added an AA battery-powered unit on the back side of this coffee table.

Paul is an artist with a technical background who likes to fuse art with technology has setup his shop in Romania. This coffee table in particular, can be considered as one of his most geeky creation when it comes to industrial furniture design for home décor. Thankfully, Paul is selling the coffee table on Etsy for SGD 996.54 a-piece.
