A tiny house with spires and gables is a rare sight. This two-story tiny house by Canadian builder Adorable Abodes features a modern farmhouse charm. The Double Deck tiny house in Ontario has two upstairs bedrooms, a porch, a balcony, a cozy living room with a separate dining area, and a bathroom. It flaunts intricate woodwork, reminiscing historical homes.

Created in modules, the Double Deck tiny house on foundation is assembled on-site. Although the base model does not include a full bathroom or kitchen, the client can incorporate these necessary spaces as per their wishes and customizations. Currently on sale for $120,000 on Tiny House Marketplace, this cozy micro-dwelling is a perfect park model for a couple or a small family.

Offering 325 square feet of interior space, the two-story house has standing height upstairs, while the main floor is left unhindered with an open floor plan. The front door opens into the dining area, where a small glass table with a couple of chairs is placed. A well-equipped kitchen can be installed opposite the dining area upon request.

A snug living room is past the space and comes with a propane heater with a custom wooden fireplace surround. The living room has ample space to fit a convertible couch and a coffee table. An accent wall is designed opposite the area, where you can place an entertainment center. Hand-crafted crown molding is also noticeable in the living area.

Past the living room, a bathroom is designed with a composting toilet. The bathroom does not come complete in the base model and has to be customized as per the individual client’s taste.

The bedrooms on the upper level are accessible from the outside, which is a rarity in micro-dwellings. The front porch has a small staircase that leads to the balcony on the upper level, which provides access to the bedrooms. The porch can be used for al fresco settings, while the balcony is perfect for hosting barbeques.

With standing height, the two bedrooms can sleep three people combined. A built-in bed with storage is installed in the dormer with exquisite wood details surrounding the frame. This space has plenty of room for other furnishing such as a chair, a table, or a bookrack.

The main bedroom is past the smaller bedroom and has arched ceilings. It can fit a small closet and a king-size bed. Another bedroom can be customized on the ground floor to provide more accommodation.

The roof metal shingles are designed in Italian style, giving the dwelling a regal look. The micro-dwelling can be outfitted with off-grid features such as solar panels, and rainwater harvesting systems. You can contact the builder for more information about this Double Deck tiny house.
