Begin by threading a piece of jute twine through the ball with the help of a needle. Just leave enough room to make a hanging loop and cut the rest.

Now, before you entirely cover the ball, take the twine’s end and glue it to the ball making a hanging loop. Then glue the rest of the sparkly yarn over it. This way you will secure the twine in place.
