As bizarre as it may sound, the El Reverso tiny house has a bedroom on the main floor and a living room tucked into a loft. This comes as a surprise because tiny houses – where the lounge area travels upstairs – have two lofts in general. The primary loft functions as a bedroom, while the other is utilized as a living room, but with El Reverso, it is the opposite. The tiny house boasts an upside-down layout wherein the sole loft functions as a living room and the bedroom finds its place on the main floor.

Designed by Australia-based company Uber Tiny Homes, the El Reverso tiny house measures nearly 32 feet long and 10 feet wide. “Exterior can be a combination of architectural grade metal siding and weathertex or cedar and you can customise the layout of the two,” mentions the company.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed and cabinet that faces a wall-mounted television. Uber Tiny Homes has also built a walkway on the front end of the bedroom that provides access to the kitchen and bathroom section. “If you prefer to have a walkway beside the bed we can move the wall back and remove the cabinet pictured,” states the company.

Speaking of the kitchen, it is accoutered with an island bench that seats a couple of people. Facing the bench is the main prep space that constitutes a countertop, cabinetry, and a number of appliances, with an oven and fridge, to name a few. The bathroom is on the extreme end of the tiny house. Featuring a toilet, shower, and sink, it is a fully functional room offering the amenities of a luxurious hotel. Not to mention, a room for a washing machine and storage for towels and other items.

Finally, a storage-integrated staircase leads to the loft of the tiny house. The loft area functions as a lounge room. El Reverso’s lounge room is so capacious that it can be used to throw a house party. Outfitted with an L-shaped sofa, and a table, the room also features a large bed.

Uber Tiny Homes also offers an optional second-story deck where you can sit and enjoy the sunsets. Costing roughly $112,800, the tiny house can be availed from the company’s official website.
