Over the years, Teacup Tiny Homes has designed a handful of remarkable tiny houses. Some of these dwellings are as small as 26 feet, while others stretch up to 37 feet. Regardless of their configuration, one thing that aligns these swellings together is a cozy, functional interior, and on that front, Teacup Tiny Homes never compromises. Case in point is the brand’s latest creation, the Harmony tiny house.
Measuring 30 feet long and 12 feet wide, the Harmony tiny house comes poised on a triple-axle trailer. As reported by New Atlas, the tiny house is “designed from the ground up with families in mind,” which is reflected in a layout that includes three bedrooms, a full-size kitchen, and a generous living room.
The main bedroom features a double bed and ample storage, highlighted by a large closet. The room is spacious enough to sleep a couple and allows adults to stand upright.
The other two bedrooms are tucked into loft spaces, each sleeping one person. Notably, neither loft is served by a storage-integrated staircase; both are accessed via a removable ladder. Each loft is also fitted with a barn-style sliding door to ensure privacy.
A standout feature of the Harmony tiny house is its kitchen. Built with premium materials and billed as a “chef’s kitchen” within a compact footprint, it includes everything one would expect in a modern home: an oven, a four-burner propane cooktop, a fridge/freezer, a double sink, a dishwasher, and an array of cabinetry that includes a pull-out pantry. Rounding out the space is a dining area that doubles as a home workspace, complete with a table and bench seating featuring built-in storage.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, anchored by a custom fireplace that lends warmth and character, a welcome contrast to the austerity often associated with tiny living. The bathroom is under one of the lofts and includes a compost toilet, shower, and vanity sink.
While the exterior finishing materials have not been officially specified, the photos suggest a combination of wood cladding, metal siding, and metal roofing, a practical choice for durability. The Harmony tiny house is priced at $132,000, though the cost may increase depending on customization, should you choose to. Like other Teacup Tiny Homes models, it runs on a standard RV-style hookup.
