Last year at IFA 2014, Panasonic and LG had revealed their unique 4K OLED TV screens that were appreciated by many visitors. We’ve been hearing about LG’s curved 4K televisions for so long and want the company to come up with something new.
However the Korean Company still decided to release its four brand new 4K OLED TVs at IFA 2015, but what’s new is that the company is about to launch its first ever flatscreen TVs by the end of August. Fair enough, as it’s the time for the world’s leading trade for consumer electronics and home appliances.
Coming back to the LG’s latest release, the smart TV segment will be including two EF9500s, ED9200, and for those who don’t like flatscreens- curved EG9100 is also created. All these models will be available in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes; moreover these are going to be only 4.8 mm thick that’s thinner than any smartphone. This means these latest 4K televisions are for someone who is looking for ultra-thin screens for their living room.
These four TV sets feature HDR capabilities for improved colors, provided your content supports it. Besides all that, these TVs feature Harman/Kardon speakers and LG’s webOS 2.0, which makes using and navigating LG TVs much easier. In total, the company has nine OLED 4K TVs ready to go with aforementioned technologies and advance features. Pricing details of these smart 4K televisions are not revealed yet. But these TVs will be available in US, Europe, Germany and Korea within next few days, even before showcasing at IFA 2015 in Berlin next month.
