Comfort and luxury are two main elements when looking for living room furniture. Other important aspects when choosing furniture are design and quality. If you get all of these in a piece of furniture it is a must-have for your living space. In the modern context, one uses sofa and armchair for both work and relaxation especially the ones which are chosen for home décor.

MDD has unveiled its latest collection which goes by the name of Lotus. It features sofas and armchairs designed by Yonoh Studio. In the world of modern seating, the Spanish design studio has introduced a contemporary and comfortable seating collection that seamlessly blends style and sustainability.

Designed to effortlessly cater to the user’s needs, Lotus sofas and armchairs are hailed as the softest and most comfortable seating in the MDD lineup. Yonoh Studio emphasizes the perfect fusion of functionality and aesthetics in this family of seating, showcasing that practicality and excellence can coexist harmoniously.

The sofas and armchairs are a testament to the balance between engineering and comfort. The design philosophy behind the Lotus furniture collection revolves around providing users with a seating experience that goes beyond mere functionality, proving that comfort can be synonymous with excellence.

Lotus offers an array of configuration options, including different sizes and shapes for the sofa, a choice between two versions of armrests or the absence of them altogether, and a diverse range of upholstery fabrics. This versatility empowers users to tailor Lotus to the specific requirements of their space, creating a cozy and comfortable lounge zone.

The beauty of Lotus lies in its adaptability to various settings. Whether you’re envisioning a snug two-seater with a chaise-long for your living room, an elegant armchair for the executive office, or a spacious modular sofa for a waiting room or office, Lotus sofas and armchairs effortlessly fit into any space. The abundance of configurations allows the furniture pieces to transform their function and seamlessly integrate with the unique characteristics of different interiors.

The Lotus sofa has cushions with a mixture of cut silicone and polyurethane foam. These materials ensure that the backrest remains soft while at the same time offering a good amount of springiness. The seat is also soft owing to high elastic polyurethane foam filling. The laminated fabric prevents the sofa upholstery from deforming and wrinkling, and even after prolonged use, the sofa looks like a new one every time.

Furthermore, B-profile springs that are convex in shape keep the seat springy. This makes the sofa soft but the user doesn’t have a feeling of sinking into the furniture. The base of the Lotus sofa has metal feet with felt pads that stabilize the furniture on any kind of surface. Also, it does not scratch the floor due to its superior finishing. The Lotus armchair also has a similar design and make thus completing the Lotus furniture collection.
