We are thoroughly intrigued by the tiny house fleet of the Virginia-based tiny house builder Tiny House Building Company. Bringing you another gem from the manufacturer, we present the Mulberry tiny house on wheels, which divides its interior into highly functional sections. The Mulberry is outfitted with a gooseneck bedroom, a loft, a living room, a gorgeous U-shaped kitchen, a dinette, a complete bathroom, and a cat walkway.

The 40-foot-long custom gooseneck tiny house is a wonder of layout, which is quite similar to a traditional home. With an exterior clad in green, white, and blue scallop shingles combined with green standard shingles, the tiny house has a retractable awning above the door. Inside, the interior is separated into sections with wooden walls.

The front door opens into the dinette/workspace. It has an L-shaped butcher block table with a fold-down leaf that provides ample space to have family dinners together or work from home in a designated place.

On the right side, a bathroom is housed behind a pocket door. It features blue walls with wood trim surrounding a shower/tub combination, a pedestal sink, a washer/dryer unit, a medicine cabinet, and a composting toilet. Outside the bathroom, a short flight of stairs leads to the gooseneck bedroom at the end. The bedroom has ample space for a king-size bed and features in-floor storage.

On the other side of the dinette/office, an open space is left to be used as a separate dining room or living room. It can fit a convertible couch, coffee table, and a wall-mounted television. Adjacent to the space, a storage-integrated staircase leads to the loft bedroom. It can accommodate two people with ease in its king-size space or can house a cozy living room.

Underneath, the U-shaped kitchen has granite countertops, a tile backsplash, a built-in hutch, an open beam ceiling, a freestanding propane range, an oven, a refrigerator, and a large bowl sink. A catwalk connects the loft and the gooseneck bedroom.

Priced at $110,500, the Mulberry tiny house is perfect for a growing family. Given the spacious interior and customization options, the micro-dwelling can be outfitted with more bedrooms and catered to your individual needs.
