Qeeboo's new design with bow backrest looks like a masquerade mask

Italian design brand Qeeboo has expanded its Ribbon collection with a new armchair. Just like the original design, the new chair features a ribbon on its backrest for a feminine appeal. The armchair has a comfortable seat made of polyurethane foam and covered with fabric that will ensure you relax and unwind.

Designed by Nika Zupanc, it is the third product for the line designed after the Ribbon chair and Ribbon chair baby. There isn’t much difference in the design; however, the new Ribbon armchair looks more comfortable thanks to its fabric-covered backrest and large seat.

Each chair is made of two parts: one rounded base and a low-height backrest in the shape of a bow. Believe it or not, the ribbon armchair also appears to me like a lady wearing a masquerade mask.

The curvy bow on the backrest represents a lively symbol of endless love.‎ The designer has employed soft, light, and curved lines to embody these elements in the chair design.‎

The Ribbon armchair is available in four colors and all of them look really charming. The price is €2,900 (about $2,912) on the official website.
