The Ningaloo Loft tiny house is built by Australian builder Made by Bare. Featuring one loft bedroom and every amenity from functional kitchen to a sunken lounge and a full bathroom, it becomes an attractive dwelling for individuals and couples for a price tag of AUD 156,450 (roughly $104,300).

With double-glazed aluminum windows for natural lighting, integrated with hardwood revels, a large entry door, and a deck for outdoor lounging, this tiny house seamlessly blends with its surroundings. Measuring 22 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 14 feet high, it has a robust light gauge steel frame exterior with recycled timber cladding.

The interior of every tiny house by the builder offers something unique to the residents. The welcoming, space efficient, and comfortable houses often are designed with a sunken lounge to provide roomier space to lounge. The Ningaloo tiny house is no exception. It has insulated interior with birch ply walls and ceiling, a kitchen, a bathroom, sunken lounge, a single loft bedroom, and big windows to create an indoor-outdoor connection.

Let’s start with the kitchen that has an earthy palette. It is equipped with a customized paperock countertop, a sink with handmade exposed copper and brass fittings, soft closing drawers and cupboard space to keep your kitchen organized. To expand the storage, open shelves, full-size pantry, and overhead cupboards can be custom added. A range of appliances includes a cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave, with more customization options.

The cozy sunken lounge is created as a perfect spot to carry on your creative endeavors or daydreaming by losing yourself in a breathtaking view. It has birch plywood built-in benches with storage, a coffee table, and floor to ceiling windows that ensure you are blessed natural light.

The Ningaloo Loft tiny house is a mesmerizing dwelling with off-grid option as well including solar panels, inverter, and energy system. Built with perfection, this micro-dwelling is ideal for a couple or individuals to live off the land or create a vacation rental.
