If you are a tiny house aficionado who loves dreaming about living in a tiny house or reading about mobile homes, here is one more design for you to admire. Minimaliste, Quebec’s popular tiny house builder, has unveiled its latest model and it is gorgeous. The tiny house dubbed Nomad 5th Wheel measures 30.5 feet, which is six feet longer than its previous model in the Nomad series.

With an addition in length, you’d expect it to sleep more people, and it does. The tiny house accommodates five people in its spacious interior that comprises a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The Nomad 5th Wheel boasts a black vertical steel sheet exterior and faux wood steel cladding. Drawing power from a standard RV-style hookup, the tiny house can even be equipped with a full off-the-grid setup featuring solar panels and batteries.

The motorized folding deck and sliding door let you inside the mobile home. As you enter, you are graced with a double sofa bed that can sleep two people with ease. Adjacent to the sofa bed is a closet to store your clothes and other accessories. There are hooks on the opposite wall to hang coats and jackets.

Next, there is a dinette section that seats four people comfortably and can even sleep two children, if required. Each side of the seat features a drawer for extra storage. The rest of the area is occupied by a propane furnace and water heater. Both the table and the countertop are walnut laminate and blend well with the interior, especially with the wooden accents of the kitchen.

The kitchen features high-quality appliances and accessories ranging from a Furrion 12V refrigerator and Furrion propane range/oven to a two-in-one washer and dryer. There are also a number of cabinets to house your utensils. Not to mention a microwave that is installed on a pull-out tray in the tall pantry adjacent to the fridge. There is also a compact bathroom next to the kitchen that features a small bath/shower and a composting toilet.

The gooseneck part of the trailer holds the main bedroom. It can be accessed via wooden steps and features a low ceiling. The bedroom has a couple of closets and a double bed. It also includes windows that allow natural light to pass in. Starting at $97,500, the tiny house can be availed from Minimaliste.
