Canadian tiny house builder Mint Tiny Home Company is one of the best micro-dwelling manufacturers in North America. Not only the builder offers attractive mobile homes, but luxurious park models as well. The 34-foot-long and 10-foot-wide Olive tiny house is one of the offerings. This park model with an expansive single-floor layout is perfect for a small family. It has only one bedroom, a living room, a complete kitchen, and a walkthrough bathroom, with the possibility for more room if you choose to customize.

The best part about the manufacturer is that it provides a myriad of customization options to its clients to make the house more personalized. The Olive tiny house is built on a triple-axle trailer for ease of mobility but only in compliance with provincial regulations. The board and batten exterior is painted in its namesake color and has two French doors and plenty of windows.

It is a well-ventilated and light-filled house thanks to the gaggle of windows that pour in plenty of sunlight during the day. The tiny house is divided into three areas. The first is the cooking-living area, the second is the bathroom, and the third is the bedroom.

One of the French doors opens into the living room. It is big enough to fit a convertible couch, hence offering additional sleeping space, a coffee table, and a side table.

The kitchen is next to the living space and is divided into two sections. It features a cooktop, oven, range hood, sink, and plenty of overhead and under-counter cabinets on one side. On the opposite side, an extended countertop provides additional meal prep space and acts as a dining area as well. At the far end of the countertop, a refrigerator is placed.

From there, a raw wood sliding barn door leads to the walkthrough bathroom. The bathroom includes a shower stall, a toilet, a vanity sink, and space for a washer/dryer hookup.

Another sliding door from the bathroom opens up into the sole bedroom of the Olive. The bedroom has a separate entrance through the second French doors. It features a king-size bed, a nightstand, and a full closet.

Priced at CAD 140,000 (roughly $103,700), the custom-made Olive tiny house is perfect for empty nesters or a couple. Customized amenities can be included in the base model for an additional cost.
