Oregon-based builder Tru Form Tiny has an extensive clientele with only a handful of base models. What makes the tiny house manufacturer so popular is not the number of models, but what it does with those few base structures to create different homes for the varied needs of its clients. The recent custom-made Payette Urban tiny house is the perfect example of the builder’s craftsmanship.

This 28-foot-long and 8.5-foot-wide micro-dwelling is designed with two lofts, a full kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a hidden ground-floor bedroom in a snug layout. The light-filled interior can accommodate up to six people with ease and is a perfect home for a growing family.

The front door opens into the cozy living room flanked by big windows. It has a sofa and a coffee table. You can wall-mount a television or add an entertainment unit to keep yourself entertained.

On the left side, a sliding barn door conceals the main-floor bedroom. This room is perfect for people who do not wish to climb stairs whenever they wish to take a nap or rest. A couple of windows in the room keep it well-ventilated and bright, while a queen-size bed with storage underneath offers a secluded resting haven. A tiny loft sits overhead. The versatile loft can be used for storage, sleeping, or a home office, depending on your needs.

On the other side of the house, a compact kitchen with a small dining nook is located. The kitchen has generous countertops for meal preps, a stainless steel sink with a nesting cutting board, a range hood, a two-burner cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, and plenty of under-counter storage. A small dining space is created next to the kitchen. It features a 32-inch round table that can seat three or four people.

A removable ladder is placed here to reach the loft bedroom. The bedroom has partial privacy thanks to storage cubbies and a wood-slat section acting as a wall. It has a queen-size bed and multiple windows.

Underneath, a bathroom is located past the kitchen. The bathroom has a big shower, vanity sink, toilet, a washer/dryer unit, and multiple storage options.

Priced at $165,400, the Payette Urban tiny house is by no means small. In its petite 28-foot structure, it packs more comfort and space than contemporary park models.

Hey I’m looking to buy a tiny home for all my family members. Were moving to Virginia to live with our relative. We need 3 homes at the most
We might can narrow it down to two. Do you have any more suggestions?
