The Emilie tiny house by Poland-based Tiny House BAR – TOF flaunts its modern farmhouse charm wrapped in Scandinavian spruce wood. The bright honey-yellow hue of the textured wood cladding and the warm-wood-clad interior turn this compact house into a cozy retreat on wheels. The tiny house sleeps four people easily, with a loft bedroom and a comfortable sofa that converts to a bed.

The 226-square-foot Emilie tiny house sits atop a triple axel trailer, measuring 27 feet long, 13 feet high, and 8.4 feet wide. It has a beautiful, dual-textured exterior with horizontal tongue-and-groove shiplap cladding and anthracite standing metal seam sheet skirting. The vertical metal panel skirt adds a contrasting industrial element to its façade by outlining its rectangular geometry.

Its asymmetric roof, built from the same anthracite metal cladding, features a steep gable at the front and a soft gable at the rear. Its front gable adds a cottage-inspired aesthetic, while the rear gable provides generous height to accommodate the sleeping loft. This clever design maximizes headroom without violating the standard road towing restrictions.

The anthracite metal trim frames the glass door and recessed windows to provide a visual contrast. The door opens into a spruce wood interior with ample space-efficient storage and an open floor layout. The vinyl flooring, wooden window frames, and exposed ceiling stand out against the neutral lap siding on the walls.

The galley kitchen on the left has a dark anthracite countertop with an extended, round floating dining counter. You can enjoy a quick morning breakfast or grab snacks while hanging out with your family. The space-saving white stools tucked under the counter introduce soft fluidity to the sharp, right-angled indoors.

The kitchen includes a stainless steel sink with a gooseneck faucet, an electric hob, a fridge, and concrete gray-colored cabinetry with soft-closing drawers and cubbies. The windows with curtains anchor the space with their beautiful botanical prints and flood the interior with natural light.

The staircase with built-in storage cubbies leads to the loft bedroom, which has a large, double bed. Up to three people can comfortably sleep on the bed, and the elongated horizontal window brightens up the space. You can watch late-night shows on the wall-mounted television while snuggling in a warm blanket.

The bathroom, clad in white lap siding, is located beneath the loft bedroom. It includes a white vanity sink, a large shower area, and a toilet. The white interior catches and reflects natural light to brighten the space and instantly calms the mind.

The cozy living space lies ahead of the staircase and includes an L-shaped, convertible sofa bed with a round coffee table. The sofa set includes a bedding container and doubles as an additional sleeping space. A television connection nearby lets you enjoy your favorite shows while you lie down comfortably.

The Emilie tiny house provides spacious living in its space-saving compact footprint. The exposed ceiling adds a rustic vibe to its minimalist interior, while the spruce wood finish makes it feel warm and inviting. The way the manufacturer merged various aesthetic elements to create a visually compact dwelling makes the tiny house special.
