Belgium-based tiny house manufacturer EXOBOX is renowned for building sustainable and stylish tiny homes with modular designs and highly adaptable interiors. A prime example is the company’s latest creation, the B&B tiny house. Covered head-to-toe in mirrors on the outside, the B&B tiny house measures 26 feet long and 10 feet wide, equating to the size of an average dwelling in Europe.

The B&B tiny house features a steel structure wrapped entirely in reflective panels, so instead of standing out against the landscape, the house disappears into it. This actually reminds us of the Golden tiny house, which offers similar functionality but swaps the mirrors for golden accents instead.

The steel frame does more than hold the mirrors in place. It also gives the structure better resistance to warping than a timber-framed tiny house would have, which matters if this thing ends up sitting somewhere remote or exposed to rough weather for years at a stretch.

The tiny house offers a functional and stylish interior with smart layouts that make the most of the limited space. The floor plan includes a bathroom with already built-in plumbing inlets and outlets, alongside a kitchen fitted with a gas stove, its own water and drainage hookups, and a dedicated water heater. The bedroom is tucked away, kept apart from the cooking and washing zones for a bit of privacy.

It is to be noted that this isn’t the fixed catalog model to begin with. Custom design and realization is the company’s actual business model, so this mirrored unit works more as a proof of concept than a take-it-or-leave-it product. As for pricing, Exobox doesn’t list a fixed cost for this prototype anywhere on its website, but we estimate it to cost well above $120K.
