Good furniture is more than its function: It can also be an aesthetical centerpiece. A prime example of this is the new Pala extendable dining table designed by Monica Graffeo for the furniture brand Kristalia. Pala table provides impeccable visuals and stunning fluid design, turning it into a work of art in any space.

Pala is a system of round and oval tables with legs that resemble the blades of a rudder. The extension feature makes it a perfect modular furniture for modern homes. You can manually extend it when you need more room or when people are over to maximize the table room without adding external components.

The top of the Pala table is finished in MDF lacquered boards. The legs are crafted from solid wood (available in four choices of wood) and finished in MDF textured lacquered.

The length of the table’s extended version is 3 feet long and 2 feet high. The tabletop and base are available in different materials and five marble types: Nero Marquina, Carrara, Dark Emperador, Green Alps, and Calacatta.

Pala table’s basic form is round. However, when you feel like the space is not sufficient, you extend the table through a seamless mechanism integrated under the tabletop. You press a lever and the table smoothly extends, leaving space in the middle where two separate tabletop pieces can be added to make more room.

The table’s extendable form provides more room for dining and an engaging get-together whenever required. Pala is designed to make your living space versatile, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing.
