We are convinced that every tiny house has some intriguing quality. An aspect that makes them stand out from the rest of the mobile homes. Well, the Patoka tiny house is a cabin-esque dwelling by Tiny Cocoons and is no exception when it comes to exhibiting a uniqueness that captivates the eye. It is a charming single-lofted tiny house that exhibits a modern and rustic charm. It is built especially for young couples with adventurous souls. However, its spaciousness makes it ready to adjust to a family of four with ease.

This tiny house measures 24 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 13 feet high, and is built on a triple-axle trailer. We find its exterior effortlessly simple and beautiful. The warm cladding is in the company’s signature red cedar wood, which is further amplified by the Shou Sugi Ban Wood trims. The charcoal-colored metal roof is a lovely contrast and slopes to one side. The hexagon-shaped windows add a bit of drama and character to the exterior. Besides, the windows are custom built and you can get it done in any shape you love.

Let’s walk inside and see what its interior has to offer. It boasts a 250-square-foot layout including a loft and marries modern quality with traditional cabin style. Its interior is finished in stained birch plywood and the floor is laminated in dark grey.

Only natural materials are used to make the house stand out in terms of quality. And those panoramic large custom glass doors and windows just bestow the interior with natural light, making it warm, welcoming, and aesthetic.

The interior opens up to the main floor equipped with a living area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The living area is a relaxing space, large enough to fit a pull-out sofa that converts it into a cozy bed for two. When not a sleeping space, it can be a gathering spot for friends and family.

The high ceilings and hexagon-shaped windows in the living room make the space feel bigger and more zestful. The kitchen and the bathroom are fitted with basic amenities to make full-time living comfortable.

The loft bedroom is cozy with a king-size bed and lots of fuzziness. The room is secured by wooden railings, ensuring safety. Patoka tiny house comes with other amenities like a mini-split air-conditioner, tankless water heater, and LED recess lighting package. It is a humble and dreamy abode, immaculately built without compromising on quality, space, and comfort.
