Ieva Jankauskiene and Vytenis Jankauskas are founders of Shroom in the Room, a Lithuania-based startup that creates unique, otherworldly night lamps using natural materials like crystals, stabilized moss, tree mushrooms, and fallen timber. These lamps look like miniature wild landscapes with sparkling gemstones sprouting from tree branches – a truly magical scene!

The duo uses carefully selected wood, preserved moss, and various crystals and minerals to create these nature-themed night lamps. They typically use tangerine quartz, apatite, amethyst, peridot, fluorite, almandine garnet and equip the lamps with white LEDs to make quartz crystals glow, creating an enchanting scene out of a fairytale.

The colors bursting from the crystals are completely natural and no alterations are made in their natural form of the crystals, which makes these lamps really exquisite to own even if you’re environmentally conscious. These handmade night lamps are known for their hypnotizing abilities and are being tested with humans to assist in better sleep.

If you have a fondness for woodlands, these distinctive wood and crystal lamps are just perfect for you. You can purchase them through Shroom in the Room’s Etsy shop. Each lamp costs €219 (approx. $260).
