Based in two separate locations in South and North Carolina, US, the micro-dwelling builder Tiny Life Homes has an impressive fleet of luxurious tiny houses. The Smoky tiny house is one proud member of this large family. Measuring 44-foot-long and 12-foot-wide, the Smoky has expansive living spaces outfitted with a big porch, one loft bedroom, a ground-floor bedroom, a walkthrough bathroom, and a gourmet kitchen.

Priced at $120,000, the micro-dwelling is suitable for a small family. The house is accessible via the covered and fenced porch, which adds to its inside and out cabin-esque charm.

The front door opens into the spacious living room. It is outfitted with a custom fireplace with a mantel where a television resides facing a big leather couch. The couch converts into a bed with a couple of simple maneuvers to sleep two people. It is not a permanent sleeping solution but a temporary one for whenever you have friends crashing in or unexpected guests. The living room has big windows to bring in an abundance of natural light and fresh air.

On the other side of the living room, a fixed ladder leads to the loft bedroom, while an adjoining kitchen allows you to whip up gourmet meals. The loft has a low ceiling and plenty of windows. It can sleep two people and fit a couple of nightstands along with small cabinets. The loft has complete privacy and a safety railing.

The kitchen of the Smoky tiny house comes equipped with a U-shaped countertop, a section of which serves as a breakfast bar. It has an electric cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a range hood, a sink, and plenty of overhead and under-counter cabinets. A refrigerator and a pantry closet are located opposite the cooking section.

The walkthrough bathroom is down the hall from the kitchen. It has an open laundry setup and a full bathroom structure behind a pocket door. There are separate washer and dryer units placed between a cabinet and some overhead cabinets. Meanwhile, the bathroom has a shower stall, a toilet, and a vanity sink.

The ground-floor bedroom is accessible via a pocket door. It has a bed with storage underneath, two full closets, and a dresser with space to place a television atop.

The Smoky tiny house is the ideal living solution for a small family or a couple. Given its sheer size, it may not be road-legal, however, it would make a perfect park house.
