The Brackenwood tiny house, built by Guy Philp of Carmanah Woodworks in Campbell River, Canada, fits a loft lounge and two large bedrooms in its space-efficient layout. The tiny house packs ample storage in its 360-square-foot living space, making full-time living a breeze. Every room in this compact house is surprisingly spacious, and multipurpose furniture with integrated storage adds plenty of practical benefits suitable for a couple or an individual.

The captivating façade of the 28-foot-long and 8.5-foot-wide Brackenwood tiny house showcases the traditional craftsman artistry. The dual-textured material palette with muted sage green shiplap and blue-hued shingles creates a pretty coastal aesthetic that is hard to ignore. The slate blue trim outlines the sharp geometry of the compact house, enhancing its eye-catching appeal.

The white-framed glazing beautifully reflects the natural landscape and fills the interior with warmth and brightness. The wooden deck adds a warm touch to its exterior and enhances the tactile richness, while helping the house blend with its natural surroundings.

The white glass door opens into a cozy, rustic interior wrapped in warm wood, giving it a luxurious cabinesque feel. The natural wood grain offers an elevated sensory experience, while grounding the interior with a calm and inviting atmosphere. The slanted ceiling includes high-end woodwork with tongue-and-groove planks. The dark-stained exposed beams adorn the ceiling with their raw contrasting color and enhance the rustic charm of the interior.

The linear kitchen has a chunky butcher-block countertop with ample upper and lower wooden cabinetry. The kitchen includes a four-burner stove, an oven, and a built-in microwave recessed within the upper cabinet. Additionally, you can store indoor plants, small plates, cups, and decorative elements in the whitewashed open cabinetry.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a space-saving foldable dining table sits beneath the glazed window. Its light and dark-toned wood-block design matches the kitchen countertop and folds down completely to clear the path leading to the loft bedroom. Beneath the loft bedroom, a full bathroom occupies the space. It continues the wood materiality throughout and has a vanity sink, a toilet, and a shower room.

Opposite the loft bedroom, a staircase with built-in storage leads to the elevated lounge zone. This special, dedicated living area houses a foldable work desk and space to fit a sofa with a television. The picture windows maintain a visual connection with the outdoors, while making the space feel light and airy. The main-floor bedroom is located below the elevated living area, which fits a queen-size bed and large open shelves.
