Manteo is a tiny vacation rental at the River & Twine Tiny House Hotel in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Built on 20-feet Point Trailer by Ohio-based Modern Tiny Living, this tiny house rental features funky distressed floors, stunning kitchen, bathroom complete with a ceramic shower, and a room to sleep up to four persons. Unlike most tiny houses, it doesn’t feature storage facilities and other comforts for long-term-living.
This 240-square-foot tiny house features metal roof and LP lapped smart siding on the exterior. On the inside, there are complete white walls and ceiling, paired with vinyl flooring to create a plush setting. Its interiors are packed with spray-foam insulation to stay cozy in different climates. Suttle woodwork and matte black details are the best part of the tiny house, bringing together the interior space. There are small windows to bring in natural light and air. The space under the stairs is also utilized by repurposing it as a closet.
Upstairs is the bedroom with a number of windows, offering views of the outside. The sofa in the living room has built-in storage compartments and can also be transformed into an additional bed. In the kitchen, there’s a two-burner electric cooktop, large farmhouse sink, retractable faucet, fridge, and stained custom wood cabinetry. It includes just the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
