If Coogee 10.0 tiny house by Aussie Tiny Houses left you impressed, I am pretty sure Yaroomba 8.4 will leave you in awe too. Designed by the Queensland-based tiny home builder, Yaroomba 8.4 is the ultimate family dwelling featuring a separate dining and living area, a sizable kitchen, a bathroom, and two-bedroom lofts.

Built on a triple-axle trailer, the tiny house features an exterior comprising colorbond steel roof and wall cladding. Measuring 8.4 meters long, the tiny house sleeps four people with ease in its queen and king-size loft bedrooms. Just in case, guests end up knocking on your door, one optional extra sofa bed in the living room can offer accommodation.

Upon entering the tiny house, you are welcomed by a dedicated lounge/TV zone ideal for movie lovers. It features a sofa where you can sit, relax and binge-watch your favorite programs. There is also a separate dining area for eating followed by a kitchen that offers plenty of space for you to store nitty-gritty essentials.

We also have dual-storage stairs that provide room for a large fridge in the kitchen. The kitchen features a number of appliances ranging from stainless steel gas cooktop with two burners and stainless steel electric built-in oven.

Next, we have the bathroom that is well-appointed with a shower, toilet, vanity, and under-bench space for a washing machine. Aussie Tiny Houses is renowned for its spacious lofts and Yaroomba 8.4 doesn’t disappoint in this regard.

The main loft features a standing landing and a king-size bed, while the other has a queen-size bed. Overall, the tiny house is magnificent inside out and should definitely be on your buying list.
