Outdoor accessories brand YETI collaborated with canned water company Liquid Death to launch its gigantic Casket Cooler with plenty of storage to provide chilled beverages to large parties. As the name suggests, this cooler resembles a life-sized casket with exceptional features such as triple foam cold cell insulation technology, hydraulic lid piston, dual-drain valves, and Yeti’s patented T-latch lid locks.

The one-of-a-kind Casket Cooler can easily store over 300 12oz cans of Liquid Death beverages such as mountain water, flavored sparkling, iced tea, or any other beverage you prefer without ice.

It measures 83 inches long, 28 inches wide, and 23 inches high. Weighing 85 pounds, the cooler boasts a storage of 435 liters or 15.35 cubic feet. It is built with a 20-gauge steel exterior making it stronger and durable.

This Casket Cooler was primarily made for bidding with a minimum increment of $20. A new bid placed was expected to be around $20 over the current bid. The bidding started at $1,500 and closed on Friday, August 30, 2024 at noon Pacific time. This product was a limited edition and was sold with the winning bid of $70,197.

As YETI says,” In 2006, we founded YETI Coolers with a simple mission: build the hard coolers we’d use every day. We’ve since expanded, yet never given up on our mission to build products to improve your time in the wild.”

The Casket Cooler is truly a unique outdoor accessory that can become the life of a party and keep people supplying cool beverages anytime, anywhere. Moreover, people have been going gaga over the cooler’s design that resonates with the upcoming Halloween festivities. While this was specifically made for the auction, we remain hopeful to see more spooky products from Yeti.
