Many tiny house and tiny cabin manufacturers offer customization options to allow their clients to get the best experience of the downsized lifestyle. From MitchCraft Tiny Homes to Modern Tiny Living, makers of compact dwellings strive to achieve high quality in every model to create attractive and comfortable lodging for both rentals and full-time housing.

Colorado-based construction company Western Colorado Tiny House seems adept in the craft as evidenced by its 1-Story tiny cabin that can be used as an Airbnb rental or a full-time house. The 200 square feet cabin comes ready with a queen bed, a small kitchen, a workstation, and a full bathroom. The cabin has R38 spray foam ceiling insulation, 2×3 feet egress windows, and two skylights.

Available in a ready-to-move-in condition, the 1-Story cabin has the ultimate exterior with a modern architectural front that utilizes durable cedar wood and industrial black metal. Dotted with multiple windows and two skylights, the 200 square feet cabin is light-filled, spacious, and brimming with luxury features.

First up, you’re greeted at the porch – with a swing chair – that leads to the main entrance. The front door opens into the tiny foyer where you will find hooks to hang your coats. On the left is the bedroom that can double up as a living room. Separated by wooden slats from the bedroom is a fully-equipped kitchen with a big fridge, cooktop, stainless steel sink, and cabinets. Opposite the kitchen is a work area you can use as a dining space.

Concealed behind a pocket door, the bathroom is accessible through the kitchen where a flush or compost toilet, shower, and vanity sink take care of your sanitary issues. Three large windows in the bathroom keep the space airy and bright. If desired, you can include a washer/dryer combo unit.

Moreover, the cabin comes with completely off-grid and eco-friendly systems such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting. You can interact with the surroundings thanks to space-saving solutions, including flexible modular furniture.

In addition to the 1-Story cabin, Western Colorado also has a 380 sq ft 2-story tiny cabin that can be used for various purposes. The tiny house builder provides you with two options, either half a loft ($64,000) or a full loft ($69,000). The downstairs bedroom can be omitted to make room for a larger living room or you can choose to have a living room in the loft if you like the bedding on the ground floor.
