Tiny homes are in huge demand these days and this has led to the emergence of competition among builders in this category. This also means that customers now have a plethora of quality tiny homes to choose from. Tiny Home Builders is one such maker that offers completely furnished tiny houses. One of their creation offers 300 square feet of usable area. It is a PAC-certified tiny house that is built on a triple-axle gooseneck trailer.

The tiny dwelling is around 32 feet long and 8.5 feet wide. Also, it has a ground-to-roof height of 11.6 feet. This simply means that it is an ideal small dwelling for small families, couples and can even be bought as a rental home. The exterior of this portable home is impressive with dual-tone color. There is a red siding door with white in the middle that serves as entry to the tiny house. The rest of the structure is made using corrugated metal and solid wood. The abode features a flat roof which means it is ready for solar panel installation.

The interiors of the tiny house are adorned by bamboo-engineered flooring and white-painted walls. There is a big-sized kitchenette that offers plenty of storage with its cabinets and drawers. The sink is to the right side and towards the left are the cooktop and oven. The gray-colored countertop complements the white interiors. Also, there is a full-sized fridge in the kitchen section. There is seating space for two people in the kitchen area. This space can be used for dining and even working as needed.

To the left side of the kitchen, there is a cozy living area that has a couch, wall-mounted TV, table and a chair. This space can be used as a home office and is ideal for remote working on the go. There is storage space in the living area that adds to its functionality.

The two bedrooms are on the loft level and they offer enough space to keep queen-sized mattresses. Also, one can store personal belongings in this area. One of the bedrooms can be reached using the stairs and the other using a ladder.

The bathroom of this tiny house features a bathtub, shower space, vanity and toilet. This tiny house is listed on Tiny House Marketplace at a price tag of $110,000.
