This honeycomb Bee Hotel has been designed by UK-based bee and bird house manufacturer, Wuddl, to attract tiny pollinators. The small pavilion features a honeycomb installation and can be fitted in a sheltered area, house wall, a fence or an orchard to house wild bees.

Made from solid wood, this handcrafted bee house boasts beveled edges that create a natural roof to prevent tiny bees from rain. It is hand-painted in yellow and the tiny wooden honeycomb-like construction helps the pollinators to thrive while being a beautiful addition to the garden.

The hexagonal habitat measures approximately 17 cm in diameter, 8 cm in depth, and includes a keyhole mount for quick and secure installation.

The densely packed bits and pieces make a suitable home to solitary bees like Mason Bees or Leafcutter Bees. These are non-aggressive bees and active pollinators who can really make a difference to your surroundings.

Wuddl started off as a small project but now creates various tiny abodes for little feathered creatures around us. The wild bees are very important for pollination and such bee homes as these would encourage their continued success and life.

If you or your loved ones are into gardening, this bee hotel could even make for a good gift on a special occasion.

Each bee house is priced at £24.70 (approx. US $31.14) on Etsy and sent out in recyclable boxes filled with compostable void-fill. After you place an order, a bee house is created and sent to you within three working days.
