Israel-based Noveto Systems has come up with exciting audio technology at CES 2022 that will surely attract those who are working from home in the pandemic. The company is showcasing Noveto N1, an innovative speaker that provides an immersive and personal audio experience without the need for a wearable device.

The N1 speaker utilizes a new way to listen to sound privately. The company claims its Smart Beaming technology can beam ultrasound waves through the air to form air pockets just outside the listener’s ears so the audio can be enjoyed like the user was wearing a pair of headphones.

The fantastic thing with Noveto’s soundbar-style N1 speaker is that there is no need to put on a headphone, yet you can enjoy the sound right in the year without disturbing others in the room. The company claims, a user can experience full 3D spatial sound while others around will only hear a whisper.

The N1 speaker allows audio streaming over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Airplay 2. It also supports Alexa, AI-based built-in face, gesture, and sound recognition. There are onboard control buttons and a circular LED display called the Heuristic Activity LED (HAL) on the unit.

New year, new Innovations coming to you this Q1 2022! Not headphones, not speakers, but a magical personalized and spatial 3D audio experience. Just sit/stand in front of the Noveto N1 smart speaker and the immersive, 3D spatial audio will flow into your ears. If it works as claimed, making video calls or listening to music would become much intuitive and fun without the pain caused by wearables in the ears.
