Built on a 36- x 10-foot trailer, Charme is the most spacious model by Canada-based tiny house maker Minimaliste – owing to its significantly large size. With a footprint of slightly under 400 sqft, this park model-size tiny house packs three bedrooms, making it suitable for bigger families and rental projects.

Slightly bigger than Minimaliste’s Noyer XL model, this tiny house can comfortably sleep up to six people. The master bedroom lies on the ground floor while two more sleeping areas are on the mezzanine level. There is also an option to include a sofa bed for even more sleeping space.

The exterior design can either be a mix of horizontal wood grain imitation steel combined with vertical steel siding or a mix of horizontal cedar with vertical steel siding. The trim and roof can also be chosen from white, charcoal, or black.

On the inside, the living spaces are distinguished by an open concept floor, white-painted engineered siding on the walls, and stained knotty pine paneling on the ceiling.

There are lofts at both ends and the master bedroom is nestled next to the entrance, under a loft that can be reached with a ladder stored in the kitchen. The other loft is accessed by a storage staircase that leads to a platform with enough space to stand and change clothes in front of the closet.

The Charme tiny house has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area that can seat up to four people; however, love seats or the couch can be rolled in to make space for larger groups. There is also space for a stackable washer and dryer along with a complete bathroom.

This 3-bedroom tiny house utilizes available space creatively, making it perfect for families. Despite living in a small home, you can still have all the amenities you need for your family. If you’re thinking about downsizing to a tiny home, you can purchase the Charme for about $150,500 from the official website.
