Melbourne, Florida-based tiny home builder, Movable Roots, has been catering to the needs of tiny house lovers for over a decade. The manufacturer of mobile dwellings is known for its use of clever layouts to maximize space and comfort within a small footprint. Case in point, the Jojo Bean tiny house on wheels, which features cathedral ceilings and a skylight to make the interior more spacious.
The Jojo Bean tiny house comes in different size configurations with interior space varying between 170 square feet and 260 square feet. This compact abode eliminates stairs, ladders, or lofts in favor of a smooth, transitional, single-floor layout.
Measuring 20-foot-long and 8.5-foot-wide, the Jojo Bean is the smallest of the eponymous series. It has a ray-painted LP SmartSide exterior cladding and a steep-pitched gable metal roof.
The front glass door opens into an intimate layout that features a living room, dining nook, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom at the back of the house. The first space is the living area with a large couch. Opposite the living room is a breakfast bar that can double as an office desk. Above the table is a wall-mounted television. On both sides, big windows flood the interior with natural light and maintain airflow.

A closet space is placed next to the fridge where a stackable washer-dryer unit can be placed, or this can be used as a closet. The bathroom of the Jojo Bean is located opposite the kitchen. The modest bathroom has a tiled shower, a toilet, and a sink.
