New Zealand-based Sanctuary Tiny Homes has designed Tui tiny house for people who are looking to downsize in a beautiful space that not only caters to their needs but simplifies life. This micro-dwelling is outfitted with essentials while its bright and comfortable interior promises an enriching experience to the dwellers.

Tui tiny house has a measurement of 23 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 13 feet high. Given its generous size, it can house three to four people easily. Its exterior has color steel and wood cladding with options in your choice of color and a gas califont. The windows and an entry door keep the interior soaked in plenty of natural light.

Inside, the SPC flooring, interior lining, and hearty white color are complemented by impressive wood work throughout, evoking a sense of being at home. It features a kitchen, a living area, a bathroom, and two lofts connected by a walkway.

The kitchen is a warm space that features a U-shaped macrocarpa countertop, a sink, soft-close under-counter drawers and cupboards, pull-out pantry, and overhead cavity storage with wood work that gives you extra space to hang cups and place oil bottles. There is also a cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher to make home-cooking effortless. An ideal positioning of windows offer a pleasant view while doing dishes.

Next is the living area under the walkway. It has room for a small couch and a coffee table. There is cavity storage on the sides and a USB power point. On the other end is a bathroom under one of the lofts. It is enclosed by a cavity sliding door and equipped with a shower, a composting toilet, a washer-dryer unit, a vanity sink with drawers for storage, and an extractor fan to keep an unobstructed airflow.

Coming back into the living area, there are storage-integrated stairs leading up to a walkway connecting the lofts. The stairs and the walkway are secured by hand railings, which is great for when you have kids running around the house.

On one side, there is a master bedroom with full-size macrocarpa shelving and cubby storage for your belongings, a bedside table, and room for a queen-size bed. The room is well carpeted and soaked in an abundance of natural light, thanks to the windows. The secondary bedroom is on the other side with room for a single bed, optional safety cage with gaps to decorate it with plants, and a window for natural lighting.

The Tui tiny house is well-fitted with 32 amp plug-in connection, light fixtures inside-out, LED lights in the kitchen, pendant lights and more. Down to the last bit, it is professionally build with endearing details and functionality. It is priced at NZD 125,000 (approximately USD 73,600).
