Briony’s tiny house journey speaks of resilience. Her financial necessity, divorce, and declining mental health drove her and her kids to live a tiny house life. Starting from scratch, Briony transformed her life and now lives in this stunning tiny house on wheels, parked in the most charming landscape by the ocean in Australia.

After Briony’s divorce, she started her journey by converting a caravan into a functional home, despite her financial struggles. From there, she settled into her second tiny house which took her one step closer to her dream. Finally, after years of hard work and moving from one place to another, she found her freedom in this luxurious and minimalistic tiny house, perfectly tailored to her needs.

Briony’s tiny house has a single-level design and measures 29-foot-long and 6-foot-wide. It epitomizes luxury and reflects her vibrant personality. The exterior of this home is color bond nail strip, whereas the windows and a sliding entry door just make the space feel richer and livable. There is an additional living space next to this dwelling where she works and lives with her son.

Inside, the entire space feels like a dream. High ceilings, chic light fixtures, and expansive windows arouse a sense of calm and connect her to the outdoors. Tailored to her needs, the house is outfitted with a living area, kitchen, and a resort-style bedroom and bathroom.

When one enters into Briony’s living area it is a stunning space with a couch and storage-integrated sitting space. Everything comes together with a huge picture window that imparts breathtaking views inside. This living area is her ultimate relaxation zone that reminds her of how far she has come and now she needs to sit down and relax.

Next up is her versatile and palatial kitchen. As Briony is not much of a cook, she has kept the countertop space minimal. However, there are cabinets above and below the section, and drawers for storage. As for appliances, there is a dishwasher, a tiny refrigerator, a microwave, a cooktop, and a coffee machine. The island bench is a highlighting feature of Briony’s kitchen. This makes the space flexible with stools and ample drawers where she works and dine with her family.

Briony’s tiny house has a resort-style bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a magnetic vibe to it that draws you in for a good slumber. This room includes a bed, an exposed wardrobe, and a glass sliding door that opens out to the outdoors. A blue feature wall behind the bed adds a fun element and a pop of color to her entire bedroom. The room is delighted with good views and natural light, creating a perfect meditative space for her.

The en-suite bathroom is another highlight of Briony’s tiny house. The bathroom is see-through with a glass wall that adds a sense of spaciousness to the space. It is outfitted with a shower, vanity sink, composting toilet, and copper fittings. She wanted her bathroom to be a comfortable and contemplative space and she has designed it to be exactly that.

Briony’s story is inspiring. She beautifully carved her way out of challenges and pursued her dream with strength and perseverance. We love this tiny house with its every bits and pieces, high-level finishing, and coastal vibes. And after investing a total amount of $94,000, it is worth every penny. She also runs her website Park My Tiny House here in Australia which helps tiny house fanatics find a perfect parking spot.
