Living in a tiny house doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice comfort, says Massachusetts-based Da’Tiny Homes that builds its dwellings with exceptional care. The company’s tiny homes are designed for people who want freedom, simplicity, and a sustainable lifestyle in a compact footprint. A case in point is the single-level Sky Grande tiny house with a timeless design.

The Sky Grande tiny house measures 36 feet long and 10 feet wide. For durability, the exterior has a CDX plywood sheathing, and the premium quality aluminum sandwich panels on the roof offer insulation and protection from elements. The windows and a glazed entry door are energy-efficient, facilitating maximum natural light and minimum energy consumption.

The interior of this tiny house has a beautiful thermowood Finnish pine throughout, which adds warmth, luxury, and sustainability to the interior design. The high ceiling creates a spaciousness making the interior open and mansion-like.

The living area consists of a U-shaped sofa, two ottomans with storage underneath, a fireplace, a TV, and an air conditioner for optimal heating and cooling for year-round comfort. There are shelves as well and the window creates a sense of openness.

Next up is the kitchen. It is fully equipped with a countertop, cabinets, and ample space-saving storage. The kitchen also includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave, for everyday use. An extension of the countertop can be utilized as a workspace or as a dinette. The kitchen leads to the bathroom. Enclosed by a heavy-duty sliding door, it features a shower, flush toilet, exhaust fan, and a vanity sink with enough space for stacking toiletries.

On the other end of the house lies a bright and beautiful bedroom. It is accessible from the living room and enclosed by a sliding door for privacy. The room accommodates a king-size bed, two side tables, and extensive storage at the back. Additionally, a second glazed door and windows in the bedroom bring plenty of natural light and outdoor views inside.

The Sky Grande tiny house is pre-wired for security cameras and solar panels can also be installed for off-grid, eco-friendly living. Overall, this tiny house brings you a high-quality, sophisticated home experience without sacrificing space and comfort. It is priced at $185,000.
