Reputation means everything in the tiny house industry. Beyond marketing efforts, it’s the word of mouth that truly helps tiny housebuilders garner more clients. Ask any tiny house builder in the USA, and they’ll confirm that satisfied customers not only leave positive reviews but also share their good experiences with other tiny home enthusiasts. Indigo River Tiny Homes has seen this firsthand. While people were once skeptical about how the Texas-based manufacturer would survive in a competitive market, it’s clear it has successfully adapted to current tiny home trends and demand. Another great example of this is the Charleston tiny house on wheels by the builder.

This 323-square-foot home offers all the essential comforts of modern living. Measuring 38 feet long, and 8.5 feet wide, the tiny home comes poised on a triple-axle trailer. The mobile home reaches a height of 13.5 feet, creating a spacious interior despite its small footprint.

The Charleston tiny house’s exterior boasts a standing seam metal roof and metal-clad siding for durability and protection against the elements. The U-panel and Smart Board siding add both style and functionality, ensuring that the tiny house will stand the test of time while maintaining a sleek, modern look.

One of the unique features of the Charleston tiny house is the gooseneck, which can be transformed into either a stand-up master bedroom or a cozy living room with space for a sleeper sofa. This versatile space is perfect for those who appreciate both comfort and flexibility.

Storage is a crucial consideration when designing a tiny house, and the Charleston doesn’t disappoint. It features two convenient storage staircases, two pantries, and countless cabinets throughout the home. These storage areas allow for organization and decluttering, ensuring that residents can maximize their living area without sacrificing functionality. Additionally, the low ceiling loft provides a cozy sleeping area or additional storage space, with built-in shelving and a closet for added convenience.

The heart of any home is its kitchen. Akin to Jenny tiny house, the kitchen of the Charleston tiny house is the main highlight of the dwelling. It features a 30-inch-wide stainless steel propane range, a matching 30-inch-wide stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, and a stainless vent hood to keep the space fresh and ventilated. Next we have the deep Kraus 36-inch stainless steel sink that comes with a cutting board insert, offering convenience and practicality for meal preparation.

Not to mention, custom cabinetry and countertops by IKEA, soft-close hinges, and under-counter lighting, all contributing a touch of elegance and sophistication. For added convenience, the Haier washer/dryer combo in the kitchen space as well.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dedicated dining space of the Charleston tiny house. The dining area includes a charming dining table with bench seats. This compact yet comfortable space is ideal for meals, games, or working from home, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy.

The bathroom in the Charleston tiny house is designed to be both functional and luxurious. It features an oversized soaking tub and shower combo, with a custom marble-look surround for a touch of elegance. The stone-top vanity and sink complement the overall aesthetic, while the exhaust fan helps maintain a fresh atmosphere. The standard water-saving toilet is not only environmentally-friendly but also efficient. Additional storage is provided above the bathroom on a platform, ensuring that the space remains tidy and organized.

Just like other tiny homes covered on Homecrux, the Charleston tiny house garners power via a standard RV-style hookup. For those interested, the tiny home starts at $90,000 but the add-on features will cost a little more.
