Fiberglass travel trailers are gaining popularity among travel enthusiasts, and that is why brands like Scamp Trailers, Bean Trailer, and Happier Camper are continuously developing a strong portfolio in the niche market. Following the recent release of Scamp X, the renowned travel trailer maker Escape has also launched a new model. The all-new Escape E13 fiberglass travel trailer brings back the charm of vintage travel with the benefits of modern innovation.
Built from a single seamless fiberglass shell, this camping trailer model is lightweight and easy to tow, making it perfect for those who want to tow it behind crossovers, small SUVs, and mid-size trucks. Designed for solo travelers and couples, the Escape E13 First Edition is distinguished by an exterior shell in vibrant colors, a curved shape, and acrylic windows. Although smaller, the E13 travel trailer is crafted to meet modern user needs, including real wood carpentry, thoughtful storage, and comfort.
The fiberglass trailer has a dry weight of 1,850 lbs and a GVWR of 2,500 lbs. Its aerodynamic design allows for smooth towing even with smaller vehicles. As for the chassis, it comes with 3500lbs torsion rubber ride suspension, 14-inch radial tires and steel rims, electric brakes, and EZ-Lube axles, along with front and rear stabilizer jacks.
The travel trailer is outfitted with dual 20 lbs propane tanks with an auto change regulator and cover, and a 20-gallon freshwater tank to let the inhabitants enjoy an off-the-grid lifestyle. There is also a 12,000 BTU furnace for the colder season.
The trailer is even fitted with an electrical system, which includes a 55 Amp converter/battery charger, a 12V Lithium battery, 120V interior outlets, 120V exterior outlet, 12V/USB outlets, as well as LED interior and exterior lighting.
Once you get inside, you can find a soft-touch vinyl interior layer that provides a comfortable look. The 13.8-foot long interior layout features a convertible dinette that transforms into a bed, a galley kitchen with a 2-burner cooktop and 3 cu. ft. refrigerator, and clever storage spaces, including underseat storage and wrap-around overhead compartments.

The interior space has a height of 6.1 feet, which allows people of average height to comfortably stand inside. The Escape E13 fiberglass travel trailer is small, so it does not include a dedicated bathroom; rather, you can use a porta-potty, but the company unveils no information about where it can be stored.
The most interesting feature is the various customization options that allow you to personalize the trailer according to your own style. You can choose from 13 colors, inspired by classic camper hues, and there is even an option to upgrade fabric, flooring, countertop, and cabinetry. If you wish to get one, the pricing starts from $23,999 on the official website.
