This tiny house may look simple and minimalist from the outside, but it has been designed for modern living. Made by UK-based Tiny House Pro, it is named Miami, probably targeting it as a cheaper housing solution in the coastal city. Interestingly, you can customize the interior, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including full-time living for couples, families, or those who want to start a tiny house rental business.

The two-storey Miami tiny house looks minimalistic from the exterior, with wooden cladding and under-lit black trim. You can also spot corrugated metal elements on the back and sides. Its architectural wow factor lies in its angled lines and unique silhouette. The horizontal windows on the front also add a cool touch to the design, allowing the owners to get maximum views and fresh air.

You enter through a sliding door that opens up into a bright open-plan layout, featuring a clean palette with natural textures and soft lighting. There is a full kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and built-in storage for your cooking needs.

The most exclusive design feature is the inclusion of a proper lounge space with enough room for a sofa bed, dining table, and workspace. The living room can become an entertainment center and even comes with a reversible AC to maintain temperature in hotter weather.

Miami tiny house has two loft bedrooms accessed through a staircase or you can choose for one up/one down configuration to sleep four people comfortably. The owner can also include a sofa bed to enhance sleeping capacity to six. The bathroom is spacious and includes a full-height glass shower with modern fittings, a vanity sink, and a toilet.

Furthermore, the maker has taken care of storage by including built-in shelves and under-stair cupboards. The tiny house comes pre-wired for solar, smart home tech, and external connections so it is ready to move in, without much additions.

It is designed to be set up on your desired location without any groundwork. Tiny House Pro is also offering an optional pet nook if you are a pet owner or want a cozy space for dining, relaxing, or entertaining outdoors. There are no details about the pricing of Miami tiny house and you have to contact the maker for more details and customizations.
