Floriane and Benjamin lived like Muggles for years, until they wanted a change in their lifestyle and discovered the magic of tiny houses. Sized to their needs, the turnkey tiny house is simple and practical. Including all the necessary amenities, the Une Maxi tiny house has everything that one needs to live a pleasant life.

Custom-built by French builder La Tiny House, the Une Maxi cleverly utilizes space, providing additional functions and handcrafted artistry. The tiny house is based on a custom-made chassis, and the first thing you see is the 33-square-meter L-shaped covered patio, proof of the company’s specialty in wooden structures.

A large glass sliding door takes you inside, and the first thing you see is a lounging area, a cozy nook completed with a little sofa, a chair, and little center tables for accessories. Equipped with shelves and a small cabinet, the lounging area also keeps other essentials sorted.

Right next to the lounge is the cooking area, and the colors used are so refreshing that they make you feel alive. It is equipped with a white ceramic sink with an antique bronze Chambord Aubin tap, a four-burner induction hob, and a compact oven.

You also get a fridge and a 12-place setting dishwasher. There’s no worry about anything, neither the leftover food nor the dishes. Where to eat? There’s a dining table along with a designated seat to solve that task, too.

The bathroom is right next to the kitchen, equipped with a washer/dryer unit to keep laundry out of the way. There is a separate wet room that features a custom beach-themed decorative panel that gives off a very fresh vibe. The bathroom also features a white ceramic washbasin and a flush toilet. The loft bedroom is right above the bathroom, which is easily accessible via stairs.

There’s a workspace right above the kitchen, which is also accessible via stairs and has rustic railing details that speak to the company’s design philosophy. The workspace can also be turned into a second sleeping space when needed.

There is also a storage box on the L-shaped patio, carefully placed to keep the shoes in place. The couple has turned the house into a fairy tale dwelling they wished to live in without compromising on amenities or aesthetics.
