With increasing mortgage and property rates, tiny houses are the best option to move forward. The Modular Stay by Fritz Tiny Homes is a permanent, on-foundation version of the popular Halcyon Stay tiny house, designed to meet residential modular living codes rather than standard RV certifications. It is a glass-walled sanctuary where the rigid boundary between shelter and scenery dissolves into quiet, sun-drenched dialogue.

Unlike many tiny homes with lofts, it is a single-level dwelling, making it highly accessible. The floor-to-ceiling glass acts as a living canvas, pulling the shifting shadows of the forest or the golden hue of the meadow directly into the heart of the home.

The signature custom concrete fireplace stands as a brutalist anchor; a heavy, tactile monument that holds the warmth of the hearth and provides a grounding weight to the airy, ethereal structure. The layout follows a logic of fluidity; pocket doors glide like a whisper, allowing the home to breathe as an open retreat into private chambers.

As soon as you enter the house, a sofa awaits to help you chill and relax, and once you turn to the right, the dining section is right there. The kitchen features an integrated panel fridge/freezer, microwave, and glass windows. In front of the kitchen is a little concrete table that lets you eat in peace or attend your meetings.

Despite all the sun, if you still want to have some sun-bathing or tanning, there is a patio outside the kitchen to help you with that. But the real comfort is found in what is hidden. The bedroom, left to the living, features a hydraulic queen-size bed that rises effortlessly to swallow the clutter of daily life.

The wet section, right next to the bedroom, is equipped with everything you would need. A toilet, laundry, and utility room sit across the shower and the soaker tub, which are separated by the lavish vanity sink. The bathroom is spacious enough and features a large window to let you enjoy the outside while bathing and relaxing. Each section of the house boasts storage options and quiet aesthetics.

Sliding doors separate the living room, bedroom, and bathroom to maintain privacy. The Modular Stay tiny house is fully customizable. A beautiful thermally treated wood ceiling with integrated dimmable, flush-mount LED lighting adds to the luxurious interior.
