Idaho-based Imagine Tiny Homes has been building micro-dwellings since 2021. Although new to the industry, the company has already established a reputation for building functional and custom designs for long-term living. In today’s economy, when it’s hard to find a desirable place to settle down, the company is creating customizable tiny homes for large living, in a cost-efficient, lower carbon footprint. A case in point is the Renegade tiny house.

The Renegade tiny house is 28 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 13 feet high. The exterior has smart panel siding, and is insulated and water- and moisture-resistant. The gaggle of windows keeps the interior beaming with natural light. Inside, the tiny house boasts an open-plan living just like the company’s other tiny houses, the best examples of which are Seeker and Endeavor.

The 445 square feet of space accommodates two lofts, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. There are a myriad of customization options available for a tailored and personalized tiny house, making this mobile home perfect for a couple or a small family.

The living room is surprisingly spacious. You can have a plush L-shaped sofa in here, a side table if you need, and a small coffee table would also look perfect and be part of the space. The light pouring in from the windows will uplift and energize your mood, as you will settle down to enjoy your coffee. The living room can be your cozy spot for reading, writing, and spending time with your family.

Next is the kitchen. It is not an extraordinary kitchen, but a humble space where you can prepare three meals a day without a hassle. Instead of making the kitchen complicated, the design has been kept minimal with required storage, countertop space, and high-end appliances, including a designated space for a washer-dryer unit. When it comes to maximizing storage in the kitchen, space beneath a staircase is commonly utilized in tiny houses. The kitchen of the Renegade tiny house is not an exception. The under-stair storage offers a designated space for your kitchen essentials that you can’t do without.

From the kitchen, you can walk straight into the bathroom. Enclosed by a pocket sliding door, the bathroom is functional with a toilet, bathtub with shower, and a vanity sink. This dwelling has two lofts. The first is accessible via stairs with a railing from the kitchen. The bedroom is bright and airy, thanks to the windows and a skylight. Here you can fit in a double mattress, two side tables, and minimal cabinets for storage.

There is also an open shelf storage to keep your books, plants, and personal belongings, creating a cozy and personalized space. The room is enclosed and protected, so that you can sleep in peace.

The second loft is above the living area. Not sure if it’s fit for sleeping, but it can be easily utilized as an extra storage space or as your personal recreational nook. The Renegade tiny house is a no-nonsense dwelling, offering the utmost comfort and luxury of downsized living without any pomp or grandiosity. There is no information available regarding prices. You can check out the company’s website for more information.
