Being a homeowner in today’s economy has become relatively easier thanks to tiny house companies like Redwood Tiny House. Run by an enthusiastic team of builders, the company builds mobile dwellings that adapt to dwellers’ ideas and needs perfectly and are truly unique. Among this lineup is the Arwen tiny house, designed as a personal retreat, combining sophistication and a calming atmosphere. The house is quite spacious, featuring two mezzanines, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room, ideal for a family to start their tiny house journey.

The Arwen tiny house measures 32 feet in length and offers 430 square feet of sprawling living space. The construction is durable with thermowood cladding and a standing seam roof. There is an optional wood deck with plenty of room for outdoor lounging and al-fresco dining.

The house is roomy and bright with extensive glazing. When you enter, the first thing you see is a huge galley-style kitchen with plenty of prep space and nifty storage. The appliances are high-end, including a microwave, cooktop, range hood, and refrigerator. There are sliding windows to enjoy fresh air and stunning vistas while cooking. The under lights add a dash of warmth to the space.

On the left side of the kitchen, there’s a living room separated from the rest of the space by a wall. The living room features an L-shaped sofa and an entertainment wall with a console to display and store sentimental pieces for a personalized touch. The glazing in the living room lets the sunlight fall gently into the room, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor.

When you come out of the living room, you find a flight of stairs leading up to the first mezzanine. This sleeping quarter has enough headroom to stand upright. The windows in the room mirror the landscape. There’s a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.

The second mezzanine can be accessed via a storage-integrated lit staircase from the kitchen. The room boasts a similar nesting vibe, welcoming you for a good night’s sleep after a long, tiring day. It includes a double bed, a wardrobe, additional storage, and windows for fresh air and charming views.

The bathroom is on the ground floor, below the second mezzanine, and is outfitted with a toilet, shower, vanity sink, and washer-dryer unit. The Arwen tiny house is equipped with proper plumbing, lighting, fireproof cable electrical installation, and more to bring you a sense of belonging. If this isn’t your dream house, what is?
