Hammocks require outdoor installation to provide you quintessential relaxing space. But for those who lack a backyard or space outdoors, designer Joe Demin has created a clever Hammock Throne.

This standalone furniture features a U-shaped support frame that rests on a swiveling base which moves around a complete 360-degrees to let you enjoy the surroundings.

The upper section of the frame is used to fix the hammock within to offer support and hold the weight of the sitter.

Constructed from sustainably harvested beechwood, the standalone hammock is part of the company’s environmental and social impact mission. Each hammock throne is 100-percent handwoven and technically engineered for extreme comfort.

Its simple yet elegant layout makes it a perfect indoor or outdoor seating option to enjoy a relaxing time after a tiring day at work.

Speaking of its design, the hammock has an expanding aesthetic that enables users to increase its size by an extra seven-feet. To convert it from a chair to a full-body hammock, simply kick back the hammock chair and it will smoothly extend out 7+ feet to easily fit even the tallest person in your family.

The makers of this expandable hammock chair are seeking funding on Kickstarter. You can back this project on the crowdfunding website with an early bird pledge of $1,299. If everything goes well, worldwide shipping is expected to begin in September 2019.
