With the month of May just a few days away, it’s only a matter of time before traveling enthusiasts gear up for the camping season. While a knife, torch, and headlight might be the most necessary equipment you carry on a trip, a camping chair holds equal importance. Ensuring comfort during expeditions, Campster 2 is one such portable chair that you’d love to take on a camping trip.

Designed by Sitpack, renowned for making portable camping and outdoor chairs, Campster 2 will make your lounging experience even more comfortable. The chair sets up and breaks down in seconds, hence saving a lot of time and effort. Weighing just 3 lbs, it is easier to carry and fits inside a car, camper, or even a bigger bag pack.

But don’t you dare challenge its credibility based on the weight? The chair supports human weights up to 300 lbs capacity. Poised on a four-legged aluminum frame, the chair looks way more stable and comfortable than the former three-legged piece introduced by Sitpack.

In addition, the chair sits lower to the ground with a 12-inch seat height and sports a squarer, a bucket-style seat that will remind you of CLIQ foldable chair. On top of this, the chair is height adjustable, courtesy of its telescoping legs that let you keep the height of your seat.

Campster 2 also features two oversized side pockets and four loops for you to place items inside. Not to mention a bottle holder that comes in handy during the hot days. The ripstop nylon seat is tough and can endure a lot of wear and tear. Other than this, the furniture piece has a mesh back panel that will aid your back in remaining cool even on the hottest of days.

Currently being crowdfunded on Kickstarter, the chair can be availed at an early bird price of $59. Overall, the chair is lightweight and compact and best suited for sitting near a dug-in fire pit.
