Pacific Retreat, Solaris, and Simply Heaven are some of the most popular tiny houses you must have come across on the internet. But do you know that all these tiny houses have one thing in common? It’s their creator. All these mini homes are designed by Canada-based tiny house builder, Sunshine Tiny Homes. And, today I bring to you the Sunshine Tiny Homes’ maiden build dubbed Coastal Escape tiny house.

The micro dwelling is built on a double-axle trailer. It measures 24 feet long and eight feet wide. Finished in cedar lap siding and a metal roof, the tiny house features a 30-inch glass door that keeps the room light-filled and welcomes you inside the abode. The vinyl windows also help in keeping the room airy.

Moving on to the interior, the tiny house is adorned in Pine tongue + groove walls, vinyl glue-down flooring, and accoutered with a number of furnishing that adds aesthetics to the space. Speaking of furnishings, the tiny house has a large storage-integrated sofa and two lounge chairs in the living room. We can also spot a pouf in the middle, which can function as a makeshift chair if required.

The large sofa can also be substituted with a single Murphy bed. “This home was a dream to build, with whitewashed walls, beautiful fir-sawn flooring sealed with our eco-friendly Saicos-Hardwax oil, feature wall in the loft, built-in couch with storage and other luxury features,” states the company.

Nearby is the kitchen featuring a single row of white IKEA cabinetry of various sizes topped by a laminate/butcher block-style countertop, the kitchen is luxurious and functional. It is equipped with a number of appliances ranging from stainless steel sink and a chrome faucet to a three-burner propane gas cooktop and a stainless steel refrigerator.

Then we have the bathroom, which features a white or grey vanity cabinet, a white over-mount sink, and a vanity mirror. Not to mention, a standard dual flush toilet, bathtub, and a stand-up shower.

When you are done relaxing and bathing, it’s probably time you head to sleep. The tiny house features a bedroom loft accessible via a storage-integrated staircase. Costing $130,500, the tiny house can be availed at the Sunshine Tiny Homes official website.
