How to Make a Festive Burlap Wreath for Christmas?

Christmas is almost here and it is time to decorate the halls. The first thing on the docket is to create a festive wreath to spread the merriment of the season and set the mood for the rest of the house. Now, you can use a store-bought wreath, but making things with your own hands has unparalleled satisfaction and adds a personal touch that store-bought decorative just can’t offer. To help you with your holiday decorations, we have 10-minute wreath ideas locked and loaded. Today we are making an easy, festive burlap wreath for Christmas. Read on to know what to do:

Material Used:

  • Burlap ribbon
  • Grapevine wreath base
  • 3 Red ribbon bows
  • Green plaid ribbon bow
  • Golden berries

How to Make a Festive Burlap Wreath for Christmas

  • Begin by gluing one end of your burlap ribbon onto the wreath base
  • Then twist the ribbon and glue it on the wreath where the twist ends
  • Repeat the twists until your wreath base is covered with a beautiful pattern
  • Next, take golden berries in a bunch of three and add them to your red ribbon bow. Repeat the process for the other bows as well
  • Then glue the plaid ribbon at the top of the wreath at 12 o’clock position
  • Attach the red bows at 3, 9, and 6 o’clock positions on the wreath base

And that’s it! Your festive DIY wreath is ready to adorn your house. You can hang it on an empty wall, door, or window for a cheerful look. Follow the video tutorial below:
