American company Dragon Tiny Homes is well known for making compact, lightweight designs, like the 16ft Element model, built to comply with local towing laws. However, its latest creation takes a different approach. Measuring 32 feet, it is the company’s largest tiny home yet, custom-built for a client seeking long-term comfort for aging. Designed to meet her evolving needs, this tiny home has many custom features including two entrance doors and propane appliances throughout the home for energy efficiency.

Sitting on a custom-built triple-axle trailer, this model features a blue exterior with white trim around the windows and doors. With a unique split-roof design, it is a combination of an A-frame gable roof at the front and a shed-style roof at the back. The tiny home features a bright, light-filled interior with completely white walls and ceilings complemented by wooden-style cabinets and flooring.

The main entrance leads onto the living room with space for a small sofa with built-in storage space that is cleverly integrated into the bump out on one side. This area with high ceilings adds a sense of spaciousness.

Next is the kitchen highlighted with an 8-ft quartz countertop, 33-inch farmhouse sink and a breakfast bar. There is also custom cabinetry with space for spice racks and trashcans on slider for further convenience.

The bathroom design is creative with separate cabins for shower and toilet. The custom-tiled shower is built around the wheel well while the toilet is tucked in a sleek wooden enclosure. The other side has a vanity with a washbasin and mirror. The layout also includes a floor-to-ceiling closet to maximize storage.

Next is the bedroom with a platform bed with a loft above, accessed through a staircase. On the demand of the client, a separate door has been included in the bedroom so that she can open the door for her dogs in the night without using the main entrance.

This tiny home blends classic charm with modern design. The interior is bright, accessible, and designed for effortless living. The builder also plans to release a model based on the same build.
